Organizers say the outdoor tribute concert for Michael Jackson
scheduled later this month in Vienna will now be postponed and held in
London.
World Tribute Productions organizer, George Kindel, said
Friday the concert will be held next June around the one year
anniversary of the pop star's death.
Kindel said the tribute
will be held in London's Wembley Stadium. He also said those people
who bought tickets to the Vienna concert will be refunded.
Earlier
this week, organizers and Jackson's brother, Jermaine Jackson,
announced the Vienna concert would feature popular artists including
Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown, and Natalie Cole.
Jackson died June 25 at the age of 50 from a lethal combination of drugs that included the powerful anesthetic propofol.
The Los Angeles coroner's office has ruled his death a homicide.
