Residents of the New York city neighborhood where the World Trade Center once stood are trying to return to normal life in the aftermath of the September 11 attack.
Teams of lawyers are helping relatives of the deceased sort out all the legal work that needs to be done. Families are getting free legal help to obtain death certificates. The certificates are required to collect life insurance.
