The U.S. led campaign against Taleban military targets and the Al-Qaeda terrorist network headed by Osama bin Laden is now in its third week. VOA National Affairs Correspondent Jim Malone spoke with Secretary Rumsfeld on Tuesday in a wide-ranging interview for this special Dateline report.
