For nearly 30 years, Cirque du Soleil has entertained audiences around the world with its blend of acrobatics, clowning, music and dance.
Today, the Montreal-based company has 20 different shows. Some have permanent homes in Las Vegas, Orlando or Los Angeles. Others are touring shows.
One of those shows, "Totem," is inspired by ancient civilizations and their views on how we ended up on Earth.
VOA’s Susan Logue caught up with the production on its stop outside Washington D.C.
