Hillary Clinton accepted the Democratic Party's nomination for president Thursday night with a message stressing the need to unite in order to confront the nation's challenges. "It truly is up to us," she said.

Congresswoman Gwen Moore from Wisconsin takes the stage to chants of "U.S.A.!" And then she starts her speech by quoting misogynistic words Donald Trump has made about women. He has called some women "dogs" and "fat pigs."

Moore says, "My voice matters and I will not shut up." She may be referencing an incident on Wednesday when Trump told a reporter to "be quiet" during a news conference.

Moore says her three granddaughters. She says the vision of the future she has for them is what Hillary Clinton has for all children.

She leaves the stage to chants of "U.S.A.!"
