Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has met his Pakistani counterpart, Nawaz Sharif, for talks aimed at strengthening ties between the two long-time foes. Tuesday's talks come one day after Mr. Sharif attended Mr. Modi's inauguration, the first time a Pakistani leader has attended such a ceremony.
