Liberian election officials Friday released the latest figures on this week's presidential election.

With just over 70 percent of the polling centers accounted for, President Sirleaf has 45.4 percent of the vote. Winston Tubman remains in second place with 29.5 percent and Prince Johnson is third with 11.4 percent.

To win the election outright, a candidate needs 50 percent of the vote. If there is a run-off president election, it will be held on November 8.
