Opposing groups of protesters met again Wednesday in Cleveland, while outside Public Square Cleveland residents, tourists and delegates were taking tours of downtown to see the sites and buy a few souvenirs. The third day of the Republican National Convention brings a nightly program of speakers that includes vice presidential nominee Mike Pence.
