US Defense Chief Meets With Netanyahu

U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter is meeting Tuesday in Israel with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for talks that come a week after the finalization of an Iran nuclear deal that Netanyahu vehemently opposes.
