Who's Participating in Vienna Talks on Syria

China — Vice Minister Li Baodong

Egypt — Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry

European Union — High Representative Federica Mogherini

France — Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius

Germany — Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier

Iran — Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian

Iraq — Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari

Italy — Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni
