US, NATO Hope for Security Pact in Afghanistan

U.S. and NATO officials say they are confident Afghanistan will accept a security agreement ahead of next year's pullout of NATO troops from the country. VOA Pentagon correspondent Luis Ramirez reports from Brussels.
