Experts: Private Investments Could Fast Track Africa's Energy Sector

Energy experts say there is an urgent need to accelerate the pace of public and private investment when it comes to lighting Africa. They say governments alone cannot do it and need to involve the private sector to bridge power capacity gaps. VOA correspondent Mariama Diallo reports.
