Putin’s Policy Expanding Russia’s Influence But at a Cost

Attempts to isolate Russia over its actions in Ukraine appear to have failed as President Vladimir Putin expanded the need to negotiate with Moscow after it began airstrikes in Syria.  While Putin has forced Western attention, political analysts say the cost to Russia’s security, relations and economy is significant and means tougher times ahead.  VOA's Daniel Schearf reports from Moscow.
