Taiwan Park Creates Art From Plastic Bottles

Discarded plastic bottles are piling up around the world despite recycling efforts, and people are coming up with new and creative ways of using them. A park in northern Taiwan has used four million colorful bottles to make a gigantic re-creation of one of the world's best known paintings - Van Gogh's The Starry Night. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports the installation aims to promote art, health and environmental protection.
