Hurricane Matthew Causing 'Catastrophic' Damage

Interstate highways in the southeast United States were clogged Thursday as close to two million residents in coastal areas of Florida, Georgia, South and North Carolina were ordered to evacuate ahead of Hurricane Matthew. The storm picked up strength after barreling through Haiti, Cuba and the Bahamas this week and headed for the U.S. east coast. Zlatica Hoke has more.
