Romanians Rally Against Corruption Legislation

At least a half-million people rallied in Romania in the past week to protest legislation that would decriminalize some corruption offenses. Street protests in the capital, Bucharest, continue, even though the government scrapped a move that would protect politicians from prosecution for corruption.
