At an Oct. 11, 2017, panel organized by the U.S.-Turkey Business Council of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Simsek said he hopes that two countries would overcome this disagreement in a short time, and that it is not political but it is a legal dispute.
