Brazilians on Tuesday inaugurated a new year and a new president. U.S. President Donald Trump congratulated Brazil's new leader, Jair Bolsonaro, and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo attended the swearing-in ceremony in the nation's capital, Brasilia.
