Maduro Rejects Calls for New Elections, But Agrees to Dialogue

Venezuela's embattled leader Nicolas Maduro has rejected a European Union ultimatum calling for new elections in his country. In a televised interview aired Sunday, he said the opposition leader Juan Guaido has violated the constitution by proclaiming himself interim president. But he has agreed to a dialogue with the opposition. VOA's Zlatica Hoke has more.
