New York City is entering Phase Two of re-opening after one of the strictest lockdown measures in the country to contain the coronavirus. For locals, that means 300,000 people will head back to work and the public can begin some outdoor dining, in-store shopping and many more activities that were part of everyday life just a few months ago.
