Medical marijuana is legal in 28 U.S. states and the nation's capital, as well as more than a dozen countries. Argentina is not one of them, but that has not stopped a group of mothers in the country from growing cannabis illegally at home to give their children who suffer diseases such as epilepsy and autism.
