Iraq Attacks Target Shi'ites

Attacks in Iraq have killed around 20 people late Thursday and early Friday.

Police say a suicide bomber struck at a funeral for a Shi'ite man in the town of Muqdadiyah, northeast of Baghdad, killing at least 10 people.

Another deadly car bomb attack took place at a Shi'ite religious hall near the northern town of Dujail.

The United Nations says violence in Iraq has killed more than 2,500 people since April.
