Change, or Continuity? Congo Faces Pivotal Poll After Two Years of Delay

The Dec. 23 elections in the Democratic Republic of Congo are the most important in more than a decade. After delaying a new poll for two years, President Joseph Kabila is stepping aside. Two main candidates are vying to replace him, one his handpicked successor, the other an opposition leader. VOA's Anita Powell spoke with the two main camps and brings us this report from Kinshasa.
