As the war with Islamic State militants reached its final bloody days, suicide bombers left wailing babies on the streets to entice soldiers to abandon their cover. The children of those bombers, babies found in the rubble and formerly enslaved children are among IS's smallest victims. VOA's Heather Murdock visits a Mosul orphanage where caretakers say these rescued children are among the lucky ones.
