Colombian President Wins Nobel Peace Prize

Colombian president Juan Manuel Santos won this year’s 2016 Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to broker an end to a half-century of civil war - the western hemisphere’s longest-running conflict. VOA Europe Correspondent Luis Ramirez reports.
