Drone Arsenal Fights Climate Change

Scientists are just beginning to establish a link between big weather events and climate change, but there's no question that extreme weather intensifies as the planet warms. That’s certainly the case in the Philippines, where increasingly severe earthquakes, typhoons and floods have claimed thousands of lives. As VOA’s Rosanne Skirble reports, the Philippine government has begun flying drones over farmers' fields to help identify risks and take steps to prepare for disaster.
