Afghans Say US Still Has Counterterrorism Goals 19 Years After 9/11

The U.S. announced Wednesday it would reduce its troop levels in Afghanistan from 8,600 to 4,500 by November. Afghans say that 19 years after 9/11, however, the U.S. has not achieved all of its counterterrorism goals in Afghanistan. VOA’s Sayed Hasib Maudoodi reports from Kabul.
