Lawmakers in Botswana, a country with a high and increasing rate of rape cases, recently set up a committee to address the problem and plan to establish a sex offenders registry. But campaigners like rape survivor Refilwe Mooki say those actions don't go far enough, as Mqondisi Dube reports from Gaborone.
