Puerto Rico Announces State of Emergency After 6.4-Magnitude Earthquake

A 6.4-magnitude earthquake struck Puerto Rico early Tuesday, causing power outages and structural damage. At least one person has been killed in a series of quakes that hit the island in recent days. Governor Wanda Vázquez has declared a state of emergency and asked for a federal emergency declaration. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports.
