Residents of Balkh Return to Collect Belongings as Cease-fire Holds in Afghanistan 

Residents of the Almkhil town in the northern Balkh province of Afghanistan are returning to their houses destroyed in the fighting to collect their belongings as a temporary cease-fire largely holds between the Taliban and the Afghan government. Gul Rahim Niazman reports from Balkh, Afghanistan.
