US, Russia Spar Over Military Buildup at Arctic Summit

At this week’s summit of the Arctic Council in Iceland, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken voiced alarm at Russia’s military build-up in the region. The Arctic Council has eight members with sovereignty over lands within the Arctic Circle: Canada, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Russia, Sweden, and the United States. Henry Ridgwell reports.
