Escaped IS Militants Regrouping in Mountain Ridge in Northeast Iraq

As Islamic State (IS) continues to lose ground to the U.S.-backed Iraqi forces in the western parts of Iraq, IS militants are trying to make the small Hamrin mountain in north of the country a new stronghold. VOA’s Dilshad Anwar reports.
