Explosion Kills 16 in Southern Afghanistan

A large explosion Tuesday at a market in Afghanistan's southern Kandahar province killed and injured dozens of people. Security forces were trying to defuse the bombs when the explosion occurred. Explosives reportedly were placed in two containers. VOA's Azizullah Popal reports from Kandahar.
