Rescue workers in Mexico are still searching for survivors of a devastating earthquake that killed more than 270 people. The 7.1-magnitude quake that hit central Mexico on Tuesday brought down dozens of buildings in the capital, Mexico City, including schools. Mexican officials say some of the neighboring countries were the first to send rescue teams to help look for survivors, and many others followed as soon as they could. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports.
