Harvey Still 'Dangerous' Storm

Hurricane Harvey "is still a dangerous storm," acting Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Elaine Duke told reporters Monday. Duke said Texas is "not out of the woods yet" and that the storm could still strengthen and cause more damage.
