Many Hispanics are welcoming the announcement by President Barack Obama that will shield millions of undocumented residents of the United States from deportation. Mike O’Sullivan reports from Los Angeles, where many immigrants gathered to watch the televised announcement that some are applauding, but about which others have reservations.
