US Homeowners, Utility Companies Clash Over Rooftop Solar

Solar energy production in the U.S. continues to grow at a rate of 60 percent a year. But as more and more homeowners adopt solar energy, some others are complaining that the trend unfairly shifts the cost of maintaining the nation's electrical grid to nonsolar customers. VOA's Jeff Swicord reports.
