Houston Flood Victims Include Pets

As human victims of Houston flooding struggle to find shelter, many of their dogs, cats, and other pets that depend on their humans for survival are not allowed in some shelters. One couple was lucky enough to land in a place that allowed them to bring their beloved dog “Honey." VOA's Vietnamese service was on the scene.
