Internal Rifts in Iraq, Turkey Could Affect Fight Against IS

As a U.S.-led coalition works to stamp out Islamic State-linked atrocities, such as Wednesday's bombings in Baghdad that killed dozens, there is growing concern that the effort could be hampered by internal political turmoil in Iraq as well as in Turkey. Analysts have mixed views on whether the U.S. can and should seek to influence internal political dynamics in either country. VOA State Department correspondent Pam Dockins reports.
