Iraq, Syria Face Chronic Aid Shortages

The United Nations says Iraq, Syria face a chronic shortage of aid funding despite the massive scale of the humanitarian crisis in the region. As VOA's Ayesha Tanzeem reports, the problem is expected to get even worse with the onset of winter.
