As U.S.-backed Iraqi forces continue pushing against Islamic State (IS) in Mosul, civilian tolls are mounting. Eight-year-old Razan Ahmed recently lost her right hand in an IS bombing and is struggling to recover. VOA’s Kawa Omar reports.
