As U.S-backed Iraqi forces begin their assault on Islamic State’s (IS) last enclave in Mosul, Kurdish security officials in neighboring Kirkuk are concerned that IS militants are trying to regroup in their oil-rich province. VOA’s Dlshad Anwar reports.
