Islamic State Mortars Kill 14 in Eastern Mosul

As Iraqi and coalition forces continue to battle Islamic State militants in western Mosul and reports of civilian death tolls soar, Iraqi-controlled eastern Mosul remains under fire.  VOA’s Heather Murdock is on the scene at a market bombed Sunday, where at least 14 people died.
