London Murder Rate Soars Above New York Amid Gang Violence

For the first time ever, the number of murders over the past two months in London is higher than in New York. That is despite tight gun controls in Britain. Two murders Wednesday brought the total number of homicides in London this year to fifty. But as Henry Ridgwell reports from London, police say knife crime is to blame for most of the recent killings, fueled by gang wars in parts of the capital.
