Al-Abdallah: Looks Like Assad and Russia Won Military Fight

In Mohammad al-Abdallah's opinion, although Russia has helped the Syrian government under Bashar al- Assad score military victories, those victories are not the same as political victories which he thinks could still depend on the level of participation by the United States and other Western countries.
