Nigerians Ask Where Millions for Safe Schools Program is Being Spent

In the wake of the Dapchi kidnapping, Nigerian activists are calling on lawmakers to investigate the multimillion dollar Safe Schools Initiative and how the funds have been used. Organizers tell VOA the bulk of the funding has gone to transferring 2,000 students to schools in safer zones and creating schools within Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps.
