Oakland Artist Creates Small Homes for Homeless

An artist in Oakland, California, is using his skills to help the homeless. He is building small enclosures that serve as portable homes that offer safety and protection from the elements. VOA's Mike O'Sullivan met with artist Greg Kloehn and some of the residents of these tiny houses.
