Obama Rolls Out New Gun Control Measures, Bypassing Lawmakers

U.S. President Barack Obama has announced a series of new measures meant to reduce gun violence, bypassing Congress on an issue that has sharply divided the American public. The president unveiled the measures at a White House event Tuesday, during which he became emotional as recalled the toll of deadly mass shootings in recent years.
