The United Nations refugee agency says more than 5 million Syrians may have been left homeless by earthquakes that struck the region on February 6. Among the worst hit is the rebel-controlled Idlib province, where access is limited to aid group workers, who are warning time is running out to avoid a famine. Dorian Jones reports from Istanbul.
