Members of Congress, President Trump and others reacted Wednesday to the shooting at a Congressional baseball practice that left Republican Representative Steve Scalise and others wounded.

Medstar Washington hospital, where Scalise underwent surgery, gave an update on his condition.

Earlier this afternoon, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan spoke to his colleagues in Congress, saying "We are united in our anguish. An attack on one of us is an attack on all of us."
